Ticket Sales Agreement
On the Aerowingo Website, reservations and airline ticket sales can be made for up to 7 passengers (including children + adults) at a time.
It is not possible to make an airline ticket reservation for a child alone on the Aerowingo Website. A reservation can only be made together with 1 adult. Infant passengers (0-2 years old) travel on lap, seats are not allocated for infant tickets by airlines.
You can only purchase tickets with your credit card on the Aerowingo Website.
For reservations made through the Aerowingo website, it is not possible to cancel the ticket, change the name, transfer a purchased airline ticket to another person, or put it on hold.
The provisions determined by the relevant airline regarding flight permissions for pregnancy and newborn babies apply. Aerowingo bears no responsibility for the acceptance of the passenger or baby on the flight. Therefore, information should be obtained from the airline before making a reservation. Aerowingo does not make cancellation refunds for problems arising from this reason.
When you confirm the ticket purchase, the airline ticket amount (including taxes and other expenses) will be charged from the credit card used for payment. The credit card holder used for payment does not have to be one of the traveling passengers. However, the airline issuing the ticket may request that the credit card used for payment be shown during check-in; in such a case, if the credit card cannot be presented, Aerowingo will not assume any responsibility if the passenger applies for a refund on the grounds that they could not use the flight.
The Aerowingo website acts as an intermediary between the customer and the airline companies. Therefore, Aerowingo will not assume any responsibility if the flight cannot be carried out due to the flight rules and restrictions in the application of the airline from which the ticket was purchased.
For this reason, Aerowingo cannot assume any material or moral responsibility for the flight not starting on time and/or flight delays, malfunctions, adverse weather conditions, strikes and public movements, overbooking, delays, unavailability of ground conditions, force majeure, extraordinary circumstances, accidents and similar events. All responsibility belongs to the relevant airline.
For Domestic Flights; you must be at the airport at least 90 (ninety) minutes before the scheduled departure time of the aircraft. For International Flights; you must be at the airport at least 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure time of the aircraft. Passengers who do not comply with these times lose all their rights regarding that flight.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
There is no right to cancel and refund for purchased Charter/low cost/promotional airline tickets.
For purchased scheduled airline tickets, refund and cancellation penalty fees will be applied within the framework of airline cancellation rules. The Ticketing Service Fee collected during ticketing will not be refunded.
In case airlines initiate different practices in change and cancellation conditions, the current practice will be taken into account.
Refunds for airline tickets eligible for refund are made only to the credit card used for ticket purchase transactions.
As a general airline rule, when it is determined that more than one reservation has been made for the same airline for the same date range for a single person, according to the Reservation rules, only one of the reservations found to be duplicate will be valid, and your records other than this will be cancelled by the airlines without warning. Therefore, if the reservation is made several times for the same person, Aerowingo will not be responsible for the cancellation of all reservations.
Changes
To make changes to your completed airline tickets through our website or with the help of Aerowingo Support Line, you can submit a request through the in-ticket transactions section on the Aerowingo website or process your transaction via the email address support@aerowingo.com.
The information you enter in the communication box within the ticket screen for your change transactions is entirely your responsibility; it is very important not to engage in correspondence that may cause misunderstanding for your transaction to be carried out as you wish. Aerowingo is not responsible for erroneous transactions arising from correspondence.
If a penalty or refund amount has occurred for your change transactions due to the class/route/flight rules of the airline on which the ticket was issued, your approval will be asked on the same screen. No transaction will be carried out without your approval.
Generally, after purchasing an airline ticket with a round trip or more than two routes from any airline, if the outbound flight or an intermediate flight is not attended, the subsequent flights are automatically cancelled. There is no refund for unused flights.
Baggage Rights
For ticketing made through the Aerowingo Website, the baggage rights determined by the Airlines according to domestic or international, long, medium or short distances are essential. Excess baggage is subject to the fee determined by the airline.
You must inform us and get approval before purchasing a ticket for baggage and other materials such as pets/musical instruments that need to be carried during the flight. Aerowingo does not assume any responsibility if your requests, which will be notified as a note to the airline, are not accepted by the airline during check-in. The ticket is not cancelled/refunded due to pets/musical instruments and other materials.
Charter General Terms and Conditions
Charter flight means that a supplier company rents an aircraft from the relevant airline and organizes special flights. Charter flights differ from regular scheduled flights in terms of both price and flight rules. You cannot purchase a charter airline ticket directly from the airline company. Airlines do not include information about charter flights on their websites. Charter flights purchased through Aerowingo are flights approved by supplier companies. The person who purchased the ticket is fully responsible for the return ticket fee, penalty, all expenses that may arise, etc.

Therefore, in case of any problem arising from this, the passenger must submit complaints and requests to the airline. Aerowingo cannot be held responsible for such problems.
- The operator/airline may make changes to the flight route, date and time due to operational reasons. Passengers are deemed to have accepted these changes in advance.
- Due to operational reasons, if the passenger's first and last name is not on the flight list and they are not allowed on the flight, they must accept an alternative flight in advance.
