Terms of Use
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of aerowingo.com.
1.2. The site is owned and operated by GREEN CODE TURİZM (TÜRSAB 11262), hereinafter the "Agent".
1.3. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
1.4. Matters relating to the purchase of a ticket are governed by separate documents: the "Ticket Sales Agreement", the "Ticket Cancellation, Refund and Change Conditions", and the "Privacy Policy".
2. Use of the site
2.1. The site is intended for planning journeys and purchasing air tickets.
2.2. When using the site, the following is prohibited:
- collecting data by automated means (robots, scrapers and the like) without the Agent's written permission;
- actions that place a disproportionate load on the site's infrastructure;
- actions that disrupt the operation of the site or any part of it, or circumvent protective measures;
- reverse engineering the site's software;
- using the site's materials for commercial purposes without the Agent's permission.
2.3. The Agent may restrict access to the site for users who breach these Terms.
3. Account
3.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
3.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided and undertakes to keep them up to date.
3.3. The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support@aerowingo.com immediately.
4. Flight and price information
4.1. Flights, fares and prices displayed on the site are obtained from airlines and reservation systems.
4.2. Seat availability and the final price are confirmed at the moment the booking is made. Until the booking is confirmed, the price and conditions may change.
4.3. Once the booking is confirmed, the terms of the order remain as stated in the order confirmation.
4.4. Where an obvious technical error appears on the site — for example, an unrealistic price caused by a fault in fare display — the Agent may decline to process the order and refund the amount paid in full.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The design, texts, graphics and software of the site belong to the Agent or its partners and are protected by law.
5.2. Copying, distribution and adaptation of materials without permission is prohibited. Trade marks of airlines and partners displayed on the site belong to their respective owners.
6. Availability of the site
6.1. The Agent makes efforts to keep the site running without interruption, but interruptions are possible due to maintenance and circumstances beyond its control.
6.2. Where possible, planned maintenance is announced in advance.
6.3. Links to third-party resources are provided for information. The Agent is not responsible for the content of such resources.
7. Liability
7.1. The Agent is responsible for: correct processing of the booking, transfer of passenger data to the airline, delivery of order documents, and handling of requests.
7.2. Performance of the flight — schedule, delays, cancellations, acceptance for carriage, carriage of baggage — is the responsibility of the airline. The allocation of responsibility between the parties is set out in detail in the "Ticket Sales Agreement".
7.3. The limitations in this section do not apply to harm caused by the Agent's intent or gross negligence, nor to consumer rights established by law.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the "Privacy Policy".
9. Changes to these Terms
9.1. The Agent may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect upon publication on the site, with the date of publication stated.
9.2. Changes do not apply to orders placed before publication.
10. Governing law and disputes
10.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Türkiye. A consumer may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts having jurisdiction at their place of residence.
10.3. The Turkish-language version of these Terms prevails.
