All conditions and notices below (collectively "Agreement") belonging to the Aerowingo Website are offered to the "User" on the condition that they are accepted. If the User accesses or uses this Website in any way, they accept that they are bound by this agreement. If the User does not accept all of the conditions in the agreement, they have the right not to use this Website.

The User has undertaken to be responsible for monetary damages arising from the use of the Website, both through their own Aerowingo Website password and through the acquisition of their password by third parties. The User undertakes that they will immediately notify Aerowingo if they become aware of any security risk or unauthorized use, that they consent to their personal information being recorded by Aerowingo, and that they are at least 18 years old to register for an account and use the Website. Aerowingo does not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 18. The right to refuse any person access to this Website and the services offered at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, is reserved solely at Aerowingo's discretion.

This Website is solely and exclusively for the User's personal use.

The User cannot sell products or services purchased through this Website to third parties.

The User undertakes and accepts not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from or through this Website. The User also undertakes and accepts not to perform the following actions:

(i) Use of this Website or its content for commercial or marketing purposes;

(ii) Accessing, monitoring or copying any content or information on this Website using robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated tools or through manual processes for any purpose without the prior express written permission of Aerowingo;

(iii) Violating the limitations specified in the robot exception header on this Website or bypassing or disabling other measures used to prevent or limit access to this Website;

(iv) At Aerowingo's discretion, taking any action that places or may place an unreasonable or disproportionately high load on the infrastructure;

(v) Placing a hidden link to any part of this Website for any purpose without prior express written permission from Aerowingo;

(vi) "Framing", "mirroring" or otherwise incorporating any part of this Website into another website without prior express written permission from Aerowingo;

(vii) Attempting to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software program used by Aerowingo in connection with this Website or services.

(viii) The User transferring their rights arising from the use and/or display of the Website to third parties.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THROUGH THE WEBSITE

The Aerowingo Website provides the User with access to information about tourism and travel-related products and services of third parties (natural and legal persons) (hereinafter also referred to as "Supplier"), and in some cases, the User can make reservations and purchase these products and services from the relevant Suppliers.

Reservations or purchases made by the User regarding a Supplier's products or services are subject to the special terms and conditions set by the Supplier for each case. Similarly, airline tickets prepared for the User contain important information, including information about limitation of liability for international passengers and announcements about limitation of liability regarding baggage. The User has accepted this information and limitations in advance. The User undertakes to accept and comply with the sales terms and conditions set by the Supplier from whom they have chosen to purchase services, including regulations and restrictions regarding payment of debts, fare schedules, and restrictions on products or services.

The preparation and updating of offers, products or services, prices, routes, distances, features and all other data and related information about products and services offered through the Website is solely the responsibility of the Supplier of the products and services.

Suppliers of products or services are responsible to the User, each within the scope of their own obligation, for compliance with the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale for all purchased products and services. Aerowingo does not accept responsibility or liability for products or services that it does not directly provide.

When the User purchases a product or service through the Aerowingo Website, they must provide their name, email address, credit or debit card number, card expiration date and phone number. Aerowingo has the right to include the User's phone number in its messaging service in order to process the User's order and provide information about the order status.

The User is personally responsible for the security of the credit card used in a product and service purchase made through the Aerowingo Website, and accepts and undertakes to present documents related to the credit card if required due to legal obligations.

All transactions made by the User through the Aerowingo website must be completed exactly as shown on the website pages. Aerowingo is not responsible for any problems that may arise in reservation, reservation change, cancellation, refund and online ticket purchase transactions due to incorrect or erroneous transactions made by the User.

A reservation cannot be transferred to another person, name changes cannot be made.

In case of request for refund, cancellation or change of the purchased product in any way, the service fee collected by Aerowingo during the product sale will not be refunded.

The fee refund is calculated in accordance with the Supplier's terms and conditions and is made only to the cardholder, to the credit card with which payment was made.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded on the website.

Aerowingo keeps information only for the purpose of enabling transactions on this website. However, it may collect and use necessary personal data to offer high-quality customized services such as consulting and information about recommendations and promotions of third-party companies that it believes will be useful or of interest to the User.

It collects information about Users' tastes and preferences using data provided directly by the User and data traffic analysis including the use of cookies.

By registering with Aerowingo, the User has also accepted that they may receive advertising messages sent.

Aerowingo does not give the User's personal data to third parties outside its own organization and business relationship. Aerowingo may also provide global statistics about sales, customers, data traffic and other information from the Website to these third parties with which it has a business relationship. However, these statistics cannot contain any data that would enable the User to be personally identified.

The Aerowingo Website accepts the use of cookies. A cookie is a piece of information that the browser stores on the computer's hard disk. Other use of the content on this Website, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, subsequent publication, display and/or representation in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. In particular, all use of images on the Aerowingo Website outside this Website without the express approval of Aerowingo and/or Suppliers is strictly prohibited.

Due to force majeure (including political, economic reasons or unstable turmoil affecting security), if there are problems with reservations, confirmations and/or realization of products or services purchased through Aerowingo due to unexpected situations that cannot be resolved by Aerowingo, or even if it is not possible to comply with any of the agreed provisions, Aerowingo is exempt from legal responsibilities arising from these problems or non-compliance with the agreement.

In order to cooperate with legitimate official requests, court summons or decisions, to protect Aerowingo's systems and customers, or to ensure the reliability and operation of Aerowingo's business and systems, Aerowingo may access and disclose information it deems necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to User profile information (name, email address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history and posted content. Aerowingo's right to disclose such information reserves the right to change the rules and conditions without presenting the rules contained in Aerowingo's Privacy Policy to users.
