Airline Ticket Cancellation, Refund and Change Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. Purchased airline tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, as they fall within the scope of transportation services for a specific date or period.

1.2. All cancellation, refund and change transactions for airline tickets are subject to the rules of the relevant airline company and carrier organization.

1.3. The service fee is non-refundable even if the ticket is cancelled.

2. Charter Flight Tickets

2.1. Charter (special flight) tickets are not subject to cancellation, refund and changes according to airline and/or tour operator rules.

2.2. In charter flights, the following situations do not give rise to a refund right:

- Passenger not attending the flight (no-show)

- Being late for the flight time

- Visa rejection, passport or identity issues

- Personal excuses, health problems

- Weather conditions or force majeure

- Airline not accepting pets

- Changes made by the charter operator regarding day, time, airline, airport, etc.

2.3. In case of cancellation of charter flights by the airline or organizer, refund or change transactions are made according to the conditions determined by the organization company.

3. Promotional (Discounted) Tickets

3.1. Promotional, discounted or campaign tickets:

- Cannot be cancelled

- Cannot be refunded

- Cannot be changed

3.2. In case of non-attendance at the flight (no-show) for promotional tickets, the ticket price is completely forfeited.

3.3. The conditions of promotional tickets are clearly communicated to the passenger at the ticketing stage.

4. Airline-Related Cancellations and Changes

4.1. In case of flight cancellation or time change by the airline, one of the following options offered by the airline is presented to the passenger:

- Refund

- Date change

- Open ticket

4.2. These transactions are carried out within the framework of the rules determined by the airline company.

5. Refund Process

5.1. In cases where a refund is required, the refund is made to the credit card with which the ticket was purchased.

5.2. Depending on VakıfBank and the card issuing bank's processes, the refund amount may take 7-14 business days to be reflected on the card.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. All responsibility regarding the performance of flight services belongs to the relevant airline company.

6.2. VakıfBank and other payment institutions bear no responsibility for the content, cancellation, delay or service quality of the flight.

7. Unauthorized Card Use

In case of unauthorized use of a credit card, the cardholder is obliged to immediately notify the card issuing bank.
